A $990 deposit paid directly is non-refundable. If you start with a $49 single-car inspection and later top up to bid on that specific car, the top-up is refundable if that auction is lost. Each new $49-initiated cycle is independently refundable. If you win, the full $990 is credited toward your purchase price.
